Trinity Community Project aims to be there for vulnerable people, encouraging them to reach their potential. We aim to empower people to participate in a range of social activities within the centre and out in the community. These offer choice and promote skills, independence and self-confidence while maintaining dignity and safety.
Our Mission is to provide high quality support and reduce social isolation within two groups – amongst those living with learning disabilities and those experiencing mental health issues.
We are Herts County Council registered and work in conjunction with Herts Safeguarding Procedure.
